WHY HIRE ADVANCE GRADS?
According to the Bureau of Labor, by 2010 the workforce will not be large enough to meet employer demand. Employers will need to access previously underutilized demographics to fulfill their employment needs, including those on welfare and the unemployed. Advance Memphis equips this demographic to be the workforce of tomorrow.
